Correspondence, memoranda, court documents, depositions, and price data for actions taken in district courts by the state of Minnesota against numerous grocery stores and milk companies for violating the Minnesota Unfair Competition and Discrimination Act and the Minnesota Dairy Industry Unfair Trade Practices Act. They were charged with selling at less than cost and with conducting stamp and merchandise give-aways that had the effect of injuring competitors and destroying competition.
